Bridge Property Management was spending too much time and money on prospects who were not truly interested in their communities. They needed a solution to help sort through these leads and improve efficiency.
The Solution
BetterBot offered Bridge a solution that would answer prospective renters' questions wherever and whenever they want. So Bridge added their new digital agent (BetterBot) to a multitude of places including their property website(s), search engines, social media sites and more.
The Outcome
BetterBot then managed menial tasks, questions and conversations so the leasing team could focus on what they do best…leasing. In Q4 of 2021 BetterBot facilitated 64,184 conversations and answered 59,137 questions which resulted in 3,442 additional appointments across 120 Bridge properties. BetterBot’s digital agent saved the team a total of 19,219 hours which translates to $345,934 in cost savings during these 4 months.
