Board of Directors Meetings
Board meetings are typically held on the second Thursday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the Party Room. The following meetings dates have been scheduled for 2019 – 2020:

The Annual Meeting of the Membership is typically held in September. Election of members to the Board of Directors is conducted at this meeting as well as other Association business.
The community’s waste disposal contractor is Bates Trash Removal (301-773-2069). Trash is picked up on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week from the garage. Recycling is picked up on Tuesday and Thursday of each week from the garage. Large items may be picked up from the garage, but you must notify the site office in advance so that the elevator can be padded and locked down.
Parking Permits and Towing
Resident vehicles must have “T” stickers or monthly pass visible at all times. Obtain your parking permits at the site office.
