ITEX was spending too much time and money, as do so many Companies, on prospects who were interested or ready to make a decision. With a mix of affordable and conventional communities, they needed a versatile solution to meet their needs.
The Solution
BetterBot offered ITEX a solution that would answer prospective renters' questions wherever and whenever they want. So ITEX added their new automation solution to many places, including their property website(s), search engines, social media sites, and more.
The Outcome
BetterBot then managed menial tasks, questions, and conversations which gave the ITEX's leasing team more time and flexibility to focus on their current and future residents. From August 1, 2022, through August 31, 2022, BetterBot facilitated 5,407 conversations and answered 5,777 questions, resulting in 475 additional appointments across 49 ITEX properties. BetterBot's digital agent saved the team 1,786 hours which translates to $32,148 in cost savings during August.
